The women’s ministries department of the Central Masbate Association of Churches Zone 1 District held a women’s evangelistic crusade July 12-18, 2026, at Purok 6, Del Carmen, Uson, Masbate.
The event, with the theme ‘Growing Family,’ featured seven nightly messages. Speakers included Beverly Cuyag, district Adventist-laymen’s Services and Industries (ASI) president; Lorelie Olivar, women’s president of Del Carmen Seventh-day Adventist Church; Rosemarie Limbagan, another district women’s president; Charity Romaga, Adventist Professionals’ president; and Felinda Tulingin, women’s coordinator of Del Rosario SDA Church.
The women’s initiative reaped results as the event culminated. Mira Mesa, a crusade attendee, returned to the Adventist Church after 17 years of wandering in worldly pleasures.
Nida Libot, a Roman Catholic and regular attendee, decided to be baptized on July 18, 2026. She said she now understands her daughter’s recent baptism in Palawan.
The Bergantin family—Sunny, Mylen, and their children Jean Mark and Sunnylyn—committed to strengthening their faith at home.
On July 18, 2026, 29 people were baptized at Malbong River in Bonifacio, Uson, Masbate.
“We praise God for His mighty power, guidance and the unified efforts of our women for the glory of our Jesus Christ our Savior,” one of the women leaders said. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation- 2 Corinthians 5:17.”
